These questions are quite difficult to answer as each case is unique and the fee will vary depending on the complexity of the case and the resources involved in the investigation. However, you may find below some general fee guidelines for your reference:
1. Hourly Fees
A local hourly rate for provision of professional advice and investigation services starts from S$150/xx per hour for a team of 2-3 persons with Vehicle & Motorcycle Included to follow the target.
The total fee will depend on the number of hours spent on the investigation and the size of the investigation team.
2. Packages Fees
Where the case requires a longer period of investigation, we may offer a package deal and/or a special hourly rate. However, please note that a reasonable number of hours are still required to perform surveillance or investigation work in order to obtain solid results.
3. Surcharges
Hourly rates or Package Fees do not include other incidental charges that may be incurred during the course of the investigation.
Such charges include (but are not limited to) entrance fees to specific locations, accommodation (where investigation is carried out overseas) and other associated costs.
These incidental charges will be charged to and must be borne by the client.
Where possible, we will of course seek the client’s approval before incurring the costs.
We work closely with our clients and conduct thorough and comprehensive investigations in an ethical manner to get the desired results.
Customised Investigation
We study each case we receive to find an effective and ethical solution that is tailored to meet our client’s needs. In our first meeting, we will advise you on whether we are able to assist you on your case. If we are unable to assist you, we will inform you and help you to find someone else who is better suited to assist you.

We cannot guarantee any results. We do not and will not fabricate result to please our clients. We also do not and will not use illegal means to obtain evidence. While we are unable to guarantee results, you can be assured that we will provide our full commitment to deliver the services engaged.
